I have been trawling the internet for some tips on how to have a healthier life and i have listed below the ones i think can be easy to maintain.
- Cut down on alcohol
- Try and walk 10,000 steps per day
- Swap junk food for healthy food
- Quit smoking
- Get to bed earlier and get more sleep
- Get the kids active to make you more active
- Swap fizzy pop to water as it is recommended you drink 3 liters a day
I am not sure about you but i think the above are all easy to start and also to carry on with.
