Running twice or thrice a week is good for you. Lot’s of people out there don’t run at all. I used to be one of them. i never ran for a very long time but have started to run twice or thrice a week. Believe it or not it has made a real big difference.
I would say we should all keep active and healthy. It helps prevent many illnesses as we all grow older.
