Drinking lots of Water is a key. The key to a lot of good health. Although we are recommended to drink 2 litres of water everyday. I think if you cover a lot of that in other liquids it should be OK.
There are many people in the Uk who drink very little water everyday. now I’m not complaining and saying they are going to die but it’s good to drink lots of water however some people have been on very less water for 40 years and they are more healthy than their associates!
So although all this advice is available, it’s not the be all end all.
